Return & Warranty Policy

All unused products ordered from Saddle Up with Dennis Brouse may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the time of shipment. Due to the nature of the products, only unused products will be eligible for refunds.

Please contact a representative from Saddle Up with Dennis Brouse if you have any questions regarding a product before you order to ensure that you are able to order the product that best fits your needs.

If you need to return or exchange a product, please call 800-285-1070 for return instructions. Please have your invoice or receipt available. Products must be shipped back by means of a track-able shipping method.

If you need to return or exchange a product after 30 days, please call 800-285-1070 for approval. The item that is returned or exchanged must be unused, in its original packaging and have its invoice or receipt.

All Saddle Up with Dennis Brouse products have a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
